Mishale received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Northeastern University in 2011 and Master in Public Health from University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2012. Mishale joined the Division of Medication Errors and Prevention Analysis (DMEPA) in the FDA in 2014. She currently serves as an Associate Director for Nomenclature and Labeling within DMEPA where she currently oversees safety recommendations regarding drug nomenclature, labels, labeling, packaging, and product design. Prior to joining the FDA/DMEPA in 2014, she was a fellow with the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health working on adverse drug event prevention.
