Janice M. Dunsavage, RPh, MAS, received a BS in pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, now the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, and a Master of Administrative Science degree from Johns Hopkins University.  Her past employment includes various positions at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD as well as UPMC Pinnacle in Harrisburg, PA. 

Janice has served on the Board of Directors of both the Maryland and Pennsylvania Societies of Health System Pharmacists.  She has also served for many years in the House of Delegates as well as on several councils of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists.  Janice has been a representative on the Pennsylvania State Patient Safety Collaborative and the Joint State Government Commission’s Advisory Committee on Opioid Addiction in Pennsylvania. 

 She has served on the Board for the Institute for Safe Medication Practices since 2001.
