AnnMarie Papa, DNP, RN, CEN, NE-BC, FAEN, FAAN
AnnMarie Papa is an energetic and engaging leader who mentors and inspires many. She has presented on many topics related to leadership & nursing regionally, nationally and internationally. Holding a BSN and MSN from Villanova University and a DNP from Waynesburg University, AnnMarie is also a Fellow in the Academy of Emergency Nursing and a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing.
With over 40 years of experience, AnnMarie has a proven track record of successful teambuilding, innovative problem solving and leadership development. She is a transformational leader with a strong background in organizational development, consistently leads teams to enhance quality outcomes and fosters interprofessional collaboration and healthy work environments.
AnnMarie is a thought leader and sought after speaker on leadership, mentoring and many other topics. She is a recipient of the National Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Lifetime Achievement Award, the 2011 Villanova University College of Nursing Alumni Medallion, Health Leaders Media Top 20 and many other local, state and national awards for leadership, professionalism and teambuilding. In 2011 she served as the National ENA President and is currently Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery.
