March 2022 issue of the ISMP Medication Safety Alert! Community/Ambulatory Care newsletter, we discussed issues of disrespectful behavior in healthcare. ISMP is now seeking your input about your experiences with disrespectful behavior in community and ambulatory care work settings (e.g., community pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, long-term care pharmacies, physician practices, outpatient clinics). We would also love to learn about how your pharmacy, practice site, or organization has been working towards a culture of respect and the strategies that have worked.
