ISMP Update on Top Medication Safety Issues from 2018


One of the most important ways to prevent medication errors is to learn from errors that have occurred in other organizations and to use that information to identify potential risk points or practices within your organization to prevent similar errors. This FREE webinar will provide an update on the top medication safety issues from 2018 based on actual reports to the ISMP National Medication Errors Reporting Program and will include suggested prevention and mitigation strategies. The speaker will also provide additional information to bring listeners up to date on certain safety standards and product changes that have occurred since the incidents were originally reported.
