ISMP Survey on High-Alert Medications in Hospitals and Other Inpatient Healthcare Settings

Please complete our short survey on high-alert medications in hospitals and other inpatient healthcare settings. High-alert medications bear a heightened risk of causing significant patient harm when they are used in error. Although errors may or may not be more common with these medications, the consequences of an error are often devastating to both patients and their healthcare providers.
