Textbook and Publication Errata

Lexi-Comp has noted an error in Drug Information Handbook for Oncology, 3rd Edition (2003):

The Error:

The combination chemotherapy regimen, CNOP (as found in the section entitled “Alphabetical Listing of Chemotherapy Regimens” on p. 776) contains an error in the dosage of vincristine. It inadvertently calls for the administration of the drug on days 1-5 instead of on day 1 only. The correct dosage for vincristine is:
Vincristine: I.V.: 1.4 mg/m² day 1

As each drug dosage found in the Alphabetical Listing is also found within specific drug monographs (fieldname: Combination Regimens), the vincristine error also requires correction on p.750 (line 16).
