Errors reported in publications

A recent issue of Pharmacotherapy¹ contains an error regarding the duration of vincristine dosing as a part of a CAV regimen. The article, referenced below, listed the vincristine dose as 1.4 mg/m² to be given on days 1-5 of the chemotherapy regimen.

In fact, vincristine should only be given on day 1 of the regimen. The publisher is aware of this error, and plans to print a correction on page 1144 of the September 2000 issue (20:9).
