Guidelines for Administration of IV Medications to Pediatric Patients ("Teddy Bear Book"), 6th ed. contains misprint for vecuronium dosing

On page 410 under Vecuronium Bromide, the Maximum
Dosage section, it reads, "0.27 mcg/kg/h for 21 h is the largest reported
continuous infusion rate." In checking the reference cited for this statement, Can J Anaesth 1991;38:169-174, it appears that this should be 0.27 mg/kg/hr, not 0.27 mcg/kg/hr.

The publisher has been contacted and will correct the misprint for the 7th edition.
