Correction Notice for Handbook on Injectable Drugs, 15th Edition

There is a typographical error in the monograph for Tramadol Hydrochloride in Handbook on Injectable Drugs (HID), 15th edition, published by ASHP. In the third column from the left on page 1534 of the printed volume of HID 15th ed. next to the "Dexamethasone sodium phosphate" entry of the table, the concentration should be listed as "440 mg." ASHP urges you to correct this error in all copies of HID 15th ed. immediately and communicate it to others on your staff who may use the book.
